Travel insurance underwritten by Old Mutual Insure has been taken out for each guest for the duration of the trip. Full details of the policy schedule will be e-mailed to you with your e-tickets.
All benefits are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the policy and details of the sum insured. Sub-limits and excesses are contained in the Schedule of Benefits.
Your travel insurance has been purchased for the duration of the KZN trip only.

Medical Assistance

- Should anything happen (feel ill, fall, etc.)
- After your initial examination and before being admitted to a hospital call the contact number on the travel insurance for authorisation.
- Inform the travel team of the incident immediately.
- GP bill for traveller’s account and then claim back on return.
- If hospitalised – Old Mutual Insure will settle directly.
General tips
- It is imperative that you read your travel insurance policy wording.
- All medicines to be kept in their original container displaying your name and dosage requirements and carried in hand luggage to prevent their loss.
- If you are prone to stomach ailments and if you suffer from motion sickness, pack precautionary medication.
- Diabetics travelling with needles and syringes – to take these items on board the aircraft, a letter is required from your doctor (written in English) confirming the necessity of having these items with you all the time.
- Prescription or letter from doctor should accompany all prescription medicines.
- Due to security reasons, pack your toiletries in your suitcase.
